Daily Tasks

Kitchen and Food Areas

  • [ ] Wipe down all food preparation surfaces after each use
  • [ ] Sweep and mop kitchen floors at end of day
  • [ ] Empty and clean all bins; replace bin liners
  • [ ] Store all food in sealed containers
  • [ ] Clean sinks, taps and surrounding areas

General Premises
